The high-chromium spring steel plate is easy to bend and clean. This makes it much simpler to remove prints and avoid damages during the process, particularly for smaller prints. The material also boasts excellent corrosion resistance and effectively prevents rust. The brushed surface provides better adhesion, ensuring a perfect print.

After installing the z-limit switch, please remember to adjust it. The switch should be raised by approximately 2.7mm. This means the printing height will be reduced by around 2.7mm. You can compensate for this difference by printing a spacer. If you do not receive instructions with the product, please refer to the last two pictures on the product webpage, which contain detailed instructions. The magnetic base offers powerful magnets, ensuring a perfect fit with the steel plate. The two easy-lift tabs (handles) make it simpler to remove the steel plate from the magnetic base.

Before printing, please clean your build plate with alcohol to ensure there is no resin or dust left on the surface. The build plate must be clean and dry. You also need to stick and compact the magnetic base onto the build plate to prevent any bubbles. Failure to do so may result in the magnetic base peeling off. Please wait for 72 hours after installation before starting your first print. As a tip, you can use a hair dryer to blow hot air evenly over the magnetic base for 5-10 minutes after installation to increase the adhesion.

The spare steel plate allows for continuous printing. You can restart printing before cleaning the first plate, saving you valuable time.
